As principal of epr resources, Eric Rosenblum is a Registered Architect, member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and a licensed Professional Planner. Having worked for a decade with the The Hillier Group (largest architectural firm in New Jersey), Eric made a career shift in 1985 to pursue real estate and development opportunities throughout New Jersey. This work experience involved all aspects of the project process form obtaining land-use approvals, securing national and local tenants, sales/marketing initiatives to owners, bidding and award of construction contracts, field construction management, overall project completion and final close out. Key executive positions have been with The Heller Group, American Properties Realty, and Beazer Homes.
Eric is a graduate of Cornell University; a resident of New Jersey for over 35 years and former Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees for The Hun School of Princeton and the current Chairman-RE/Facilities Committee of the Board.
